Fight Flight Freeze Fawn. Our Place is a human experience. These are 4 trauma responses, automatic basic survival states. When we sense danger the nervous system kicks in. Brain cannot distinguish the threat of being eaten alive by an animal. I paint to self regulate and become unstuck.
