Specular Sublime explores place as not only external and geographic, but something felt, held, and constructed internally. Rather than depicting a literal landscape, the painting creates an abstract terrain built from layered reds, soft geometries, and repeated motifs - traces of memory, what lingers, resurfaces, and shapes our sense of belonging.
